RCLFA is a member of SAFA Johannesburg governing football within its area in making sure that there’s a promotion of structured football through the development of players, coaches, referee’s and administrators.
Rand Central Local Football Association together with Education Through Soccer hosted a successful coaching course/workshop at ETS Honeydew on the 3rd & 4th of June in order to improve and development coaches skills within the Rand Central area in order equip them to be able to conduct their training session.
The course covered the following topics/modules;
- Planning and Organisation (Helping coaches to plan & organize their sessions for their different age groups
- Drills to use for different age groups
- Attitude and Ethics
- Fit for Football (Preparing physically to play football)
